The following is a prophecy I receive through my work with one I call My Judge’s Victory. My Judge’s Victory is from the town of “Botwulf,” in the state of the “Free Woman,” New England, USA. She now lives in the Southeastern State of “Palmetto.” Victory first contacts me 30 March 2023, while reading The Place of the Secrets of Souls, she tells me, “I started to cry. Then when she was being cleansed, I started choking, so I sat up and started reading more and more. I want to meet Jesus in that place, but I’m scared [to meet] all those demons. When I read your testimonies, I hear words in the spirit.” Victory smells smoke in her nostrils, can’t breathe well and has horrible nightmares. She explains, “While I’m in bed one night, I have a vision of a demon coming out of me. It was horrifying! It had claws, long black tangly hair, black eyes, and a pale body with claws on its feet. It came out of me and climbed up the wall, stopped, looked at me and went back into me.”
Our work comes to an end as of 11 December 2023, but is sure to continue when The Father brings us back together. He has great plans for Victory’s ministry in the future. When we receive this prophecy, Father God tells me “Write it and hold it until I tell you to release it,” so I write this on 23 October 2023 and post it, password protected, until today, 11 August 2026, when He tells me, “It’ time. Release The Prophecy of Dry Land, son. The time has come.”
23 October 2023
As Revealed to me by God, The Father and Christ Jesus, His Son:
As it goes with many of those who are a threat to the Kingdom of Darkness, My Judge’s Victory spends the previous week under attack. She tells me, “I read the accounts of your experiences with others and I’m amazed at how The Lord is connecting all these stories.” I agree and consider, vocally, how He uses forty-some co-authors over a period of fifteen hundred years or so to procure the data which is later formed into the collection of books we recognize and read today as The Biblical Canon. In 1947, a young Bedouin boy was throwing rocks into small cave openings on a hill in Qumran, on the West Bank, the western coast of the Dead Sea, and heard a pot shatter; hence, the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Is God finished disclosing His plan to mankind through written text? Most would argue “The canon is closed,” and that could very well be true, but other material has been found over time which allows the modern reader to experience the customs and times of the writers of our Bible. This allows us to better understand it’s original meaning to the original writers, which in turn allows us to bring that meaning into our modern context, the study of Biblical Hermeneutics.
I would further argue, “What about 1 Enoch,” which is written not for [Enoch’s] generation, but for a remote (distant) one which is to come. 1 Enoch isn’t written to his contemporaries, but to an end time audience. I will also add the Book of Jubilees; of which, The Lord has claimed both, “They are mine” during my interaction with Him.
I am writing these things to propose a question to the reader; could He have hidden more information, throughout history, for future revelation, not relevant for the times past? Archaeology is only a 200+ year old discipline. Before that, nothing is unearthed and documented. New historical evidence has been, is being and will be excavated for both the time we live in now and the times to come. Is it too far a stretch to consider this as sanctioned by The Lord God Almighty Himself? I will suggest the reader consider this question while exploring the information contained in this documented experience.
As it relates to The Lord business with Victory and me today, I ask my King to prepare the path before us, protect us from attack and ask the Holy Spirit to navigate our journey. We worship the Lord God Almighty with a song of her choice. While we’re worshiping, He’s too powerful for me and all I can do is laugh in His presence, with joy, and cry, because of His presence, in reverence. He overwhelms me sometimes. I know He’s here, but I invite Him, officially, to accomplish His will through us to which He says, “I see your crying. I want to touch your hearts today because I know you can touch the people.” As He speaks to Victory and I today, the sea gets sucked-up into a tornado, He gives us The Prophecy of the Dry Land and tells me, “Find Hagar and find the prophecy.”
I ask Father what He wants to do with us and the first thing He says is, “The song you chose is not by accident. The world is so big, how can they not have room for their King?” As I write this, I’m led to pull the lyrics of the Casting Crowns song, because I couldn’t concentrate on the lyrics as we were worshiping; it was too much for me. Wow. The reader must click the link and read the lyrics to this song, in relation to His opening statement. Please, for this, don’t listen to the song, read the lyrics.
Immediately after The Father’s opening statement, Victory tells me, “Something is moving around, but I cannot see it. I ask Father, “Is this movement from Your Kingdom or the other?” He replies, “Not Mine, the other” and I ask Him if He wants me to take care of it. He doesn’t answer me, but shows Victory a tornado, “A black one” she tells me. I think it’s a portal to somewhere else, but He shows her, “This is coming from the sky. I see a beam of light and the tornado is sideways.” This doesn’t sound natural to me and Victory continues, “Something is flying out of the tornado; something like jellyfish” and she later adds other sea creatures, fish, etc., “These are what’s moving around in the tornado.” Father God narrates the vision with startling information, “The sea is going to be sucked up. This is not impossible.” As He’s saying this, I’m thinking, “Where would the sea go?” and He answers my thought, “Up in the air. Evaporation.” I’m confused and ask, “What is the purpose Sir?” He gladly answers, “To fulfill the Prophecy of the Dry Land” and continues joyfully, almost like He’s excited, “This hasn’t been found yet. It’s in a vase, in the sand?” The first thing that comes to my mind is, “Qumran?” He repeats, “In a vase, in the sand” like He’s playing a game, “Guess! Guess!” and continues, “The Prophecy is still in the ground, hidden.”
I have no other point of reference than the caves of Qumran, of the Dead Sea Scrolls. I’m stuck there and ask, “Cave in the sand?” He answers, “No” and shows Victory a map. She’s explaining the map to me, but I feel she doesn’t understand the area and ask Father for grid coordinates. Father God tells me, “No. It’s not meant to be found yet,” but He keep showing her the area and says, “It’s buried under a sea there, but not the main body of water.” I still don’t understand and I’m thinking “The Persian Gulf” and ask, “So, when the tornado takes away the sea, they will find this prophecy?”
I’ve been to this area of the world. The United States of America and its allies were preparing the staging area for an assault on the Iraqi army occupying Kuwait in what was to become the Gulf War. Our battalion were some of the first to land in that area. I was chosen to accompany our battalion’s equipment, by sea, as we transported across the Atlantic Ocean, through the Strait of Gibraltar, The Mediterranean Sea, through The Port of Siad, The Suez Canal, south through the Red Sea, around the Arabian Peninsula, back north into the Gulf of Oman and into the Persian Gulf. We docked and unloaded in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. I lived in the desert for a year, expediting many areas of the Arabian Desert region as a soldier in the United States Army.
As we’re working through this vision, Victory has her eyes closed, explaining what Father is showing her while I’m looking at a Google Map of the area, trying to triangulate the position of the Prophecy of the Dry Land, whatever this may be. Sand is everywhere in these regions and I’m thinking about what Father says earlier, “…buried under the sea, but not the main body of water.” While I’m explaining my experience in the desert, as a soldier, Father gives Victory the vision of a soldier unloading green military boxes. “The Prophecy is under where these soldiers are unloading the military boxes,” she describes, “The box is the size of a small suitcase. I see the soldier laying down in the sand with one arm aiming his weapon out over the sea and his other arm over the green box.” I’m thinking, “Could this be me?” and ask Father God for more information. Father says, “They will continue to look, but they will never find it.” He didn’t say this during the vision, but as I am writing He’s telling me, “The US Military is looking for this Prophecy” and “Explosives” are in the green military boxes.
I’m still wondering if this soldier is me and ask Father “What timeline is this vision on?” He answers, “1992” and I realize this soldier is not me. Our campaign was over in 1991, but as I consider 1992, I remember the US still maintained a presence in Kuwait (rebuild & protect), but the Saudi Arabian people wanted us gone! Because of the threat of Saddam Hussein attacking their neighbors to the north, the people of Saudi Arabia loved that the US Military showed up to protect them and liberate their neighbors, but as soon as the combat’s over, I remember them wielding their flags at us, parade style, while we’re in convoy, in protest of our “occupation.” It seemed so crazy to me; day and night, love and hate. With this in mind, I think as I write, “What were US soldiers doing on Saudi Arabian sand in 1992?”
Victory continues narrating the vision, “I’m seeing the people (soldiers), but one soldier is highlighted [the one from before]. He’s laying over the Prophecy. I can see it, down, below his belly, deep in the sand. It’s in a vase, but the vase is not from that country,” and Father tells us, “The vase is Egyptian.” Okay, wait a minute, my mind is going into overdrive. How did this vase, with a prophecy in it, get to this region of the Middle East? This area is all the way to the central-eastern side of the Arabian Peninsula. Father God clues, “It was put there long ago.” I ask Him, “Like, two thousand plus years ago, right?” He answers, “Yes, before I came” and then he says, “300 BC.” My mind’s exploding. I’m considering the timeline of the Hebrews being delivered from Egypt (because the vase is Egyptian), to their journey to Canaan (modern Israel) and from there to this area of the globe, modern, central-eastern Saudi Arabia and Father says something so profound, it changes my trend of thought immediately. He says, “These people wouldn’t be having their wars if they had found this prophecy. If found, the Prophecy of the Dry Land would mean no wars” and He mentions scripture, “When Cain killed Abel, God said, ‘Your brother’s blood is crying out to Me from the ground.’ The soldier is laying over the Prophecy. ‘Your brother’s blood is crying out to Me.’ This reference is tied to the Prophecy of the Dry Land. As these brothers war and die, their blood cries out. These wars wouldn’t be happening if this prophecy was found.” I’m astonished!
Victory and I are trying to figure out exactly where this prophecy is buried. I’ve been looking at a Google Map of the entire area. She mentions “He showed me ‘Three Seas’” and I pinpoint, based on the information, “Riyadh?” I sense He’s almost excited and says, “Find it!” I don’t understand and ask Him, “It came from Egypt, to [the area of modern] Israel, only to go to modern Riyadh?” I’ve been to Riyadh! I’ve driven the streets there. It was a different time, but I’m nostalgic about this whole thing and The Father begins to put the pieces of the puzzle together, “The Prophecy is there because of Abraham’s son. Not the one with Sarah. Hagar’s son. Hagar and her son are the ones who brought it to this place.”
The Lord God Almighty continues with the puzzle pieces, “These people shouldn’t be fighting. Even though Hagar and Ishmael were sent away, they were still heirs in the Kingdom together. There is not supposed to be a division. Their blood is crying out, not just the brethren, but also all the descendants from Ishmael. All of their blood is important to Me. All of the people. If they had this prophecy they would not be fighting.” I ask, “How did this prophecy travel away from Abram, with Hagar?” He tells me, “She was buried in the wilderness.” I’m thinking, “Yea, but how did she get it.” Hagar was Abram’s concubine and I’m thinking, “This woman was an Egyptian slave. How could she have ended up with a Hebrew prophecy?” and Father answers my thought, “Hagar felt betrayed for everything she did for Sarah. She bore Abram’s child and was obedient to his household. She took the prophecy because the sons were split apart. She took it because she felt betrayed. She was bitter and stole The Prophecy of Peace. This is why it was buried deep, so no one would find it. She gave it to someone to bury it with her and time pushed it deep beneath the sand.”
Father tells me, “They won’t believe you because it is not written [in the Bible]. I am giving it, for the first time, to you. Only you two and Hagar know this. Now, everybody will know.” I ask Him if He wants a general release of this information or if He would rather release it in a more specific way. Father answers, “There is someone. Not the regular people, but one man. She (Victory) won’t recognize him. He will believe you (Troy) and go.” I mention to Father, “Satan controls the permitting and excavation in that region.” Father responds, “There is already people there who can do it. They are right on top of it.” I’m loving this and sarcastically assert, “Satan’s not going to like this” and Father replies, “He doesn’t want peace. That is why it is buried so deep.” I ask the man’s name, the one who will “believe you and go.” Father shows Victory the man’s image and she tells me, “It’s an old man. He’s wearing square glasses and an explorer type hat. He’s nerdy, like a scientist guy, pens in his pockets, boots and jolly.” As she’s describing this man, his name pops into my head. I ask Father, He shows Victory and she says, “He is showing me that this man will be blown away by this prophecy” and Father adds, “This is the guy who will take this seriously.”
I was introduced to the man Father is speaking of through an online interview years ago, found myself enamored with his content, but then, I pulled away to other things and haven’t watched or listened since. To me, this man is the Christian Indiana Jones! I will not release his name until he comes into agreement with me and The Father on this work. Victory then says, “He’s showing me Revelation 11:7-9, two witnesses, men, servants who bring peace to everybody, at the gate. They come to the gate, promoting peace, and they both fall dead.” I ask what Revelation 11:7-9 has to do with the material He’s giving us. He says, “This has to do with the Prophecy of the Dry Land. He will come up from the bottomless pit.” This information brings up two questions for me: (1) What is this “Gate” and (2) what does the bottomless pit have to do with the Prophecy of the Dry Land? First, Revelation 11:7-9 says nothing about a “gate.” I ask Father, outside of the discussion with Victory, “What gate is this?” He answers, “The Gate of Fire.” I don’t know any Gate of Fire and I can’t find one on a Google search. I ask Him, “Spiritual gate?” He says, “No,” so I ask “Where?” He tells me, “It is on the Earth,” but that’s all I can get out of Him, for now. Concerning the bottomless pit (Rev 11:7), Father says, “He will come out the bottomless pit.” I ask if this bottomless pit is under Riyadh and get no answer, so I ask, “Does this prophecy also open the gate to the bottomless pit?” Meaning, when the Prophecy of the Dry Land is removed from the sand and peace is achieved between the two bloodlines of Ishmael and Isaac, will its removal uncap the abyss, of which contains the beast that kills the witnesses? Again, no answer.
Concerning the Christian Indiana Jones, I ask, “Do I contact him?” Father replies, “Yes, I want you to give him the details and have a deep conversation. I have equipped you to go there and give this information to [The Christian Indiana Jones].” Then, Father continues with more information about the prophecy, “When she stole the Prophecy, she stole it at the tree. She was with Abram at the tree. Abram gave her the prophecy because he felt guilty. He gave it as a peace offering. However, because of her bitterness, she turned it into something else. I did not tell Abram to give her the prophecy. I told him about Isaac, Mount Moriah and sacrifice, but not this. She is buried in the wilderness. Hagar died with the prophecy. Find Hagar and find the prophecy. Even with Esau and Jacob, the story is deeper than you see. There is more, but it is not recorded. Bitterness is still a curse and it is spread. This curse is why those bloodlines are still bitter: the Arabs, the people in these desert places, the ones who ‘Lost their birthright’” and He continues, “Abram carried the guilt and shame of casting out his first-born son. Things, then, were not like now. His sins could not be atoned for. Abram carried this sin. Ishmael was the first-born son, just not the one I intended to work through to bring My Messiah into the world.”
I ask The Father, “Can I go with [Christian Indiana Jones], or just deliver him the information?” I really want to go! Father replies, “I send them out in twos. This is the start of something deep. This is deeper than what you read on the surface, bigger than all of you.” I ask, “Is there anything else?” He replies, in an act of comedic relief, “Did I not turn the water into wine?” as if to imply, it’s never over, there’s so much more. He is walking away from us and puts His finger into the air, implying, “Oh, and one more thing,” and says, “Be obedient” and walks away. It’s over.
I’m finishing the writing of this experience to you, on 25 October 2023 and Father God will not allow me to let the song Open The Scroll go from my mind. I can’t get it out of my head, especially the sounds she makes at minute 11:10. I turn the song back on, listen to Him and write what I’m understanding:
The song is mostly melancholy, until something weird happens at minute 11:10. God shows me, there is a minor crescendo, leading to a moment where the female singer uses her voice to project an odd frequency, which seems odd to me and not fitting where it is located in the song. Now, I understand the frequency announces a larger crescendo, where a male figure finishes the song at the highest level of volume and intensity. I’m recognizing minutes 00:01 through 8:37 as a call, to His people, for understanding. The first crescendo – minutes 8:37 – 11:10 – is a precursor and awakening to the Seal Judgements. Then, the frequency is sounded. The Book of Revelation calls frequencies, “Trumpets.” Trumpets are used throughout the Bible and are used to signal (OT) before marching into war. Sometimes, I blow a trumpet into the Kingdom of Darkness before I enter. It’s no secret, I let them know I’m coming. This song is a Trumpet, for you, the reader and listener. The seals are going to be broken and you will see these times come to fruition. “Rejoice” He says, “for your redemption is near.”
Concerning The Prophecy of the Dry Land, the US Military, along with others, is looking for this prophecy, to keep it hidden. Satan does not want peace; he wants war and the governments of the world are largely a part of Satan’s kingdom, whether you want to think it true or not. The Beast System is in league with a Global System, of which has no loyalty to nationalism, but embeds itself in nations, posing to value national beliefs. This kingdom, both flesh and spirit, nefariously wields its laws and political agendas toward a global government agenda; the reign of their god, The Antichrist.
