Can a Christian have a demon?  Read the following story and come to your own conclusion; but for a moment, put aside your academic training, theological position, and religious or denominational bias.  Eliminate all your Christian presuppositions and ask the Holy Spirit to speak to you as you read this deliverance account. 

Fifteen years ago I meet “Righteous Dwellings” in a church environment.  Nothing spectacular happens, but I know something is special about her.  I didn’t speak to “RD” for years, then in the last two years, she shows-up in my life again. Two days ago RD tells me casually that she is having financial difficulty.  Jesus not only tells me to give her money but tells me how much.  For some reason RD tries to deny Jesus’ gift.  Finally she gives in.  I feel I must give her the money in person and suggest driving to her house.  She bulks, then agrees, so I go to the bank and drive down that evening.  Before I leave to go see her she texts me this:

“I want to share something with you […] I have […] anger in my heart.  I […] (want to) ask you to pray for me […] I want to be whole and set free through the blood of Jesus.  Please consider praying with me about this.” 

RD is a Christian woman.  She is gifted in prophesy and has delivered a few words to me from Jesus.  I know she’s legit and she would give anyone the shirt off her back.  She is totally sold out to Jesus and loves Him very much. 

When I get to her home, we stay outside on her porch as she rambles about many things not relating to the prayer.  She then questions me, “Can a Christian really be possessed?  Can’t it just be oppression?”  I answer her like this:  “When its 90°, 95° or 100° outside, for those who dislike the heat, is one really any hotter than the other?  They’re all hot aren’t they?  Does it really matter how hot it is at this point?  So, if one doesn’t like the word possession, who really cares about the degree of oppression.  The point is, the terminology doesn’t matter at this point. You need relief from the heat, correct?”  She agrees to some extent and we move on.

We pray, I glorify God, love Jesus, touch her and ask the Holy Spirit to enter and reveal to HER what needs to be delt with today.  It takes a couple seconds, then she gets His message and answers me.  She says, “Beelzebub (Master of the Flies), Abandonment, and Fear of Pain.”

I was waiting for Jesus to reveal to me which to deal with first, then The Fly Master began to manifest.  Her body started jerking all around.  Fly Master was slick.  He’s the one who tried not to accept the money.  He’s the one who stalled on getting together right away.  He’s the one who caused her to nervous talk and waste time.  Once he began to manifest, he began to use her voice and mannerisms to avoid me.  It didn’t work.  He made her feel sick and she wanted to quit.  I prayed in wellness and it didn’t work.  He made her tired and she wanted to quit.  I prayed in energy and it didn’t work.  I fought every objection and we moved on. 

I’m not sure if Righteous Dwellings would remember this or not – meaning, the Holy Spirit might have told me this through her just as the demons do.  That’s fair, right -, but she tells me, trance-like  “I remember my mother talking to others when I was seven or eight, saying “I don’t know if she’s still a virgin.”  So I start calling up Beelzebub, The Fly Master.  He manifests.  I ask “When” he came in.  He says, “I came in when she was five.”  I make him tell me through which traumatic event.  He replies, “Her friend’s father.”  I say “You enter through blood line, sex trauma.  What’s the man’s name?”  Then, surprisingly, he says the man’s full name.  I’ll use the initials CB.

I call RD back up to front personality and tell her, “He entered you through rape, when you were five, through your friend’s father CB.”  RD sat back in her chair, astonished.  She never knew she was raped, for sure.  Always suspected, but never knew.  “You have to forgive him so we can proceed” I tell her.  She agrees, does so and we move on. 

I break the curse over her, put my axe at the root, asked for forgiveness for her generations and The Fly Master leaves her through the mouth.  She tells me she feels refreshed.  All the sudden “the colors in the sky seem more vibrant” she tells me.  Jesus allows me to understand that Fly Master had veiled her and that the veil had been removed along with him.  Also, she will begin to understand things better, see things clearer, etc. 

I break Abandonment, then Fear of Pain and move to an area of regeneration.  I break curses spoken over her life, break the spirit of poverty, cancel out anger and pain.  The Fly Master was fervently trying to impede this process from the time she humbly confessed her issues.  Today RD is free, amen? 

As it relates to your present theology about a Christian having a demon, I am not trying to argue with you or condemn you.  I simply want you to look at your present position given the facts of this occurrence (and others like it on my site) and allow the Holy Spirit to reveal things to you – if not right away, over time.  Deliverance is NOT for the unsaved.  It is for the saved, to set the captives free.  Thank you for hearing my position on an intimidating Christian topic.
