I know a Man Who Fixes Hearts

30 August 2023

The father of Yochanan’s Hero contacts me about his daughter, who’s experiencing “stuff coming into her dreams.”  Hero lives in the United States of America, is a minor, 14 years-old, and gives her life to Jesus a few months ago.  Dad and I commit to a meeting, all three of us, so I can dig into her spirit to see what’s up.  Jesus gives me the green flag; we meet and I ask her to give me some history of what she’s experiencing.  Young Hero is very shy and speaks really low.  I can’t hear her and tell her father, “I need you to translate.  I don’t speak teenager.”  He sits right next to her and she tells us, “People from my past come in through my dreams and hurt me.”  She’s not giving me much detail.  Who knows, maybe because dad’s there, I’m a stranger, she’s embarrassed; who knows, but I keep probing and Jesus tells me, “She says she’s shy, but she’s a lion.”  We thank God the Creator, and worship both Him and His son through a song of her choice, Stand, by The Newsboys.  I ask Jesus to prepare the battlefield in her Areas of Dominion and around the father and me and I invite the Holy Spirit in to do the work He has in store for young Hero.

I try to get specific information on what happens in her dreams.  Yochanan’s Hero gives us a little information, “They do stuff.  Then I get it in my head that ‘If this can happen, worse can happen [if you talk about it].’”  This is criminal code, a mob-like constitution which originates all the way down into the pits of Hell.  Living by the rule of “If you squeal, we’ll hurt you” is only used to cover wrongdoing and the Kingdom of Darkness specializes in this law.  We find a human spirit is threatening her through her dreams, Jesus begins a “Harvest Season” and I tell another, “I know a man who fixes hearts.”

I ask Jesus what He wants to do with His daughter and we hear nothing.  We speak more and I find there’s been a damaging relationship within this family, involving a friend of the father.  Something bad happens a few years ago and the father’s friend goes to jail.  Everyone in the family loves this guy, but his offense is inexcusable, the community is shocked, prison time is inevitable and the family is still dealing with the aftermath of this huge disappointment.  We will call this man Island Boy.  Is it possible the spirit of Island Boy could be coming to torture our young Hero through her dreams?  Hero admits, “Yes, it’s him.  I thought he was innocent [of the crime he committed].”  He comes in and out through her dreams, does what I believe to be inexcusable things – as these spirits do – and tells her “You didn’t grow-up to be the person I wanted you to be.”  Island Boy has hidden intensions, not Jesus’ intensions.  I call out the human spirit of Island Boy and her face begins to twist while her hands begin to fidget.  We got him.

Island Boy won’t come fully to the surface.  I lead her to reject and renounce the spirit of Island Boy.  She does and I get her to make the declaration, “I want you out of my body.  I want the Spirit of Jesus to live in this place.”  She’s still not hearing The King, so I ask, “Please let her know You’re here with her Jesus.”  Hero responds, “I just heard Him say, ‘I’m here.’”  Her face is still twitching and fingers nervously fidgeting, and Island Boy speaks to her, “He doesn’t want to leave,” Hero tells me, “I’m NOT leaving” he says.  I interrupt Island Boy’s monologue and confirm, “Human or Demon?”  “Human.”  It’s him!

“You’re working for the wrong team,” I demand.  He shoots back with, “It’s not the wrong team,” and it appears Island Boy will have no part of Salvation.  I don’t think I like this spirit, but Jesus loves Him and that’s the guy I work for, so I continue “You know the ones you’re working with in there.  They will tear you apart after judgement.  They’re not loyal to you.  Why are you loyal to them?  You need to get out of there.”  He doesn’t want to meet Jesus.  We go back and forth for a while.  He tells me, “They told me I’m on the right side.  That they won’t hurt me.”  I fire a rhetorical question, “So, they’ve never hurt you before,” because I know the answer.  “They have” Island Boy recounts, and I insist “Then who’s lying?  This is a rescue mission.  We’re here to get you out.”  He’s scared, I assure him, “If Jesus isn’t what I say, I’ll ask Him to leave.”  He yields and Hero sees, “Where there was dark, now there’s light.  A shadow is now holding Island Boy.  He’s not scared anymore.  They’re talking, but I can’t hear.  It’s getting brighter.  Where he was dark and gloomy, he’s now bright.  He’s happy.”

At this time, a group of “shadows” try to come in and take Island Boy.  I ask Jesus, “You want me to deal with these shadows?”  Jesus replies, “No, I got it,” makes them go and the area gets really bright.  I encourage Hero, “Tell Island Boy you love him.”  She does and adds, “See you in heaven.”  Island Boy returns the gesture, “See you later.”   There’s always a demon behind an evil human spirit.  I’m thinking, let me kick the pants off this demon and call it up.  I reach in and grab this evil spirit by the chest, hang him upside down and set his head on fire.  “Spirit behind Island Boy, tell me your name,” I insist!  This evil spirit says nothing and Jesus won’t tell me who he is.  I send the light of Jesus Christ into the room, light it up and Hero sees the black figure standing in the corner and tells me, “He’s really tall.  Like 6’6”.”  I open his mouth and shovel hot coals into His throat.  Hero hears his muffles, and tells me, “There’s like, a hand over his mouth.  He can’t speak.”  The spirit begins moving back and forth, sideways, so I pin it to the floor with a spear.  “Jesus, who’s hand is over his mouth,” I ask.  We discern he’s covering his own mouth.  Oh-no!  I ask, “Human or Demon?”  He answers, “Human” and Hero can feel his emotion, “He’s terrified.  He’s afraid they will change him before Jesus get’s him out.”  I go back at him, “Answer me quick, can I invite Jesus in to meet you?”  He says “Yes” and I pull the spear out of his chest.  Hero tells us, “He’s relieved.”  I guess so.  I repent for mistreating a human spirit and ask Jesus’ forgiveness.  I’m supposed to be training to be more efficient in these situations.  I’m working on it.

Hero narrates what she sees happening, “A figure is moving toward him, very slowly, carefully.  The figure doesn’t seem bad.  It’s Jesus.  Things are getting brighter.  His name is Michael, but he goes by Mike.”  Hero doesn’t know this man, at all.  She tells me the room is getting brighter.  I ask the spirit, “Are you a dead or alive human spirit?”  He says “Dead.”  I ask, “Do you know this family, or the family of Island Boy?”  He seems confused and says, “I feel like I know people, but I cannot recognize them.”  He feels trapped.  There’s more light, Jesus is standing with 6’6″ Dead Mike and he gets really bright.  We tell 6’6″ Dead Mike, “Welcome to the family” and he leaves with Jesus.  I ask Jesus, “Who’s the spirit behind 6’6″ Dead Mike.”  I’m still looking for demons.

Yochanan’s Hero sees an empty place.  She says, “It feels like a room.”  I ask and she describes it as white.  I’m curious, “Does it go on for eternity?”  She can’t tell, so I ask, “Is there no floor, just white space?”  She confirms and I know this place; or, at least, places like this.  These are neutral areas both kingdoms use to conduct business.  I’m in one of these rooms when I’m 18 years old, living in Germany, sucked up into a dream where Jesus sends an angel to deliver judgment to me.  You can learn about this incident and these places by reading The White Room Meeting.  I believe the last two spirits we’ve dealt with were inside her being, but Jesus decides to pull us up into this neutral area, for a purpose I’m unaware of.  I ask, “What do You want to do here Jesus?”  Hero sees a figure, but he’s not saying anything.  I ask her to describe him and she tells us, “He’s white with tint.”  This being is still unidentified.  This could be anyone, but the “tint” has me worried.  All God’s angelic figures appear in bright white in the Bible.  Satan and his kingdom appear as angels of light but have a “not-so-white” appeal to them, a tint.  These are incapable of appearing pure white, because of their nature.  “He’s a fallen angel!!!” I’m feeling.

I go into speed mode.  Jesus has given me authority to fight these fallen beings, but warns me, “They are very wise.  Cunning.  No talk with these.  No questions,” so I must identify them, strike them hard and fast.  I call down Michael the Archangel and 100 others to arrest and deliver this angel to the feet of Jesus.  The angel’s light goes out and I’m confused.

Hero tells us this figure “Says nothing and looks really confused.”  Me too!  I ask, “What are you doing in this place?”  He says nothing, but Hero describes, “It’s like he’s being pulled down, but not moving.  Something’s happened and he’s losing himself.  His soul is being pulled out!  I can’t hear him, but I can feel him.  He’s hiding.”  This spirit is not a fallen angel.  Quite the contrary, he’s human and needs help.  I ask “Jesus, do You want us to help him?”  Jesus replies, “Yes.”

Hero discerns, “He’s done something.  Because of what he’s done, he’s being pulled by the demons.  He’s too scared to let anyone in.  They’re hurting him now.”  I ask, “Jesus, can I speak to him?”  Jesus gives me the nod and I tell this human spirit, “We’re here to help you.  Can I help you?”  He responds, “I don’t know if I can trust [anyone].”  I ask who he is, but he doesn’t respond.  I ask this spirit, “Can I bring Jesus in, to get you out of this place?”  We make a deal, I invite Jesus in and Hero sees the two of them talking.  I’m excited and say the words, “Harvest Time!” and I’m suddenly overcome by the Spirit, crying and Jesus shows me, “That’s precisely what you’re doing.”  He makes me understand that He’s begun a season of world harvest, not just in the human realm, but in the spirit.  He’s using us three, dad, Hero and me, to pull spirits we don’t even know out of the fire.  Hero just gets saved a few months ago and now she’s traveling to spiritual places, with Jesus, to rescue human spirits.  That’s so awesome!

Yochanan’s Hero is worried for the man’s spirit.  As Jesus speaks to this human spirit, He allows Hero to understand what’s happening.   She tells us, “The spirit’s less scared now.  He’s young.  He lost his best friend because of a drunk driver.  He tried to hurt the drunk driver because of it.  Anger consumed him and he wanted to avenge is best friend.”  I ask, “Alive or dead?”  Hero says, “He’s alive, but doesn’t want to be.  He’s looking relieved now and he’s praying [with Jesus].  He’s really bright.”  I ask and Jesus answers, we don’t know this young man.  The young man never thought he would see his friend again, but Jesus comforts him, “You will see him again, when it’s time” and they go off together.

We go to the next room and Hero sees “A little figure.  It’s not a bad guy, but this spirit’s in a bad place.”  Hero then gets scared and I ask the spirit, “How did you get in there?”  Hero tells us, “[This spirit] doesn’t know, but bad guys are in there [with the spirit].”  This spirit is young, a girl and she lost her parents.  “She’s suicidal,” Hero tells us.  I tell the young girl, “There’s only one person who can take away this pain.  His name is Jesus.  I can send Him in to see you if you are willing.”  This girl is so scared, she doesn’t want to move and says, “There’s no point in living.”  I argue, “Jesus is the Living God.  He can give you life.  Can I send Him in?”  She nods, I invite Jesus in and Hero tells us, “She’s my age.  He’s there.  She’s relaxing now.”  Hero’s hearing gets turned back off, she sees Jesus and the girl talking and “She’s getting bright.  They’re praying together.  She did it, they’re leaving together” and Hero is crying happy tears.

Jesus has one more mission for us tonight.  He takes us into the same type of room and Hero sees an older man in the white room.  “He’s lost his wife,” she tells us, “She was sick for three years and died.  He doesn’t know what to do with himself now.  He took care of her everyday.”  I ask Jesus if He wants me to talk to the older man, He says “Yes” and I approach the man. “Sir, what’s your name?” I request.  He tells me, “My name is George.  I lost my wife.  I’m heartbroken.  I’ve never been this broken.”  I empathize with George through conversation and tell him “I know a guy who fixes hearts.”  George asks, “Who is it” and I suggest, “His name is Jesus.”

George tells me how he grew-up in a family who never believed in Jesus, but his daughter went to college and came back talking about Him.  I continue by suggesting George allow Jesus in to fix his heart.  He responds, “I don’t know if it can be fixed.”  George is an older man, “older cars” comes to mind and I try to appeal to George’s emotions, “Have you ever seen an old car get restored?  The car looks like it has no hope George, then a qualified restoration specialist gets a hold of it and makes it beautiful.  Jesus is in the heart restoration business.”  George replies, “I don’t know if it can be fixed.”  I respond, “You’ll never know if the car can be restored until you allow the specialist to take a look at it.  Can you allow Jesus to look at your heart and see what He can do?”  George concedes and agrees to allow Jesus to look at his heart.  Hero narrates the rest, “I can see his brokenness and sadness.  They’re talking and the older man is getting less dark.  He doesn’t think he’s good enough to go to heaven.  When he was a teenager, he made some bad decisions and believes he won’t be able to see his wife in heaven.”  Wait a minute!  His wife’s saved?  Jesus confirms she is as Hero hears, “Jesus just told him she’s in heaven.  Jesus told him something else and he’s very relieved.  He’s glowing.  They’re praying.  Jesus is telling him, ‘There’s still a plan for you.  Your past does not reflect your future or your present’ and now, they’re leaving together.”

Yochanan’s Hero gets saved a couple months ago.  Today she helps Jesus rescue five, lost human spirits: Island Boy, 6’6” Dead Mike, The Living Young Man, Little Girl and Older Man George.  He opens her eyes, she’s hearing in the spirit and can feel these human spirit’s emotion.  We didn’t deal with any real bad guys today.  Jesus is in the Salvation business and uses Hero as a catalyst for rescuing broken spirits.  We will deal with evil demonic beings next time, I’m sure.
