Her mother contacts me saying “They believe she has a rare form of hostile cancer,” asking “Can you pray for her?”  When I first contact her, it’s before the pathology test comes back and I feel she’s discounting the potential of prayer.  We don’t speak, I write it off, the test comes back positive and Jesus kicks me into high gear.  I contact the daughter through Messenger; we decide to speak on the phone and what Jesus begins is beautiful.  This evening, “Chromium Flame” accepts Jesus as her personal savior, He begins activating her gifting and she may have been healed of cancer. 

Chromium Flame is thirty years old, has two children and I’m questioning her relationship with Jesus.  I check her “Jesus Card” at the door.  She doesn’t have one!  She’s not saved.  Flame’s description of her own salvation is “I went to church most of my life, until I was 19 or 20” and “I used to have a Bible.”  I give her the true Gospel of Jesus Christ; she accepts and I pray in the Holy Spirit.  I ask, “How are you feeling?”  She answers, “I felt a release…like everything is releasing from me.” 

The Holy Spirit begins activating Flame’s gifts; the gifting knitted into her in her mother’s womb.  The gifting the Holy Spirit activates at salvation.  The enemy knows what she’s designed with and has been appropriating them for the purpose of his kingdom for thirty years.  She’s telling me what she hears, words like: free, courageous, joyful, dignity, righteousness, wholesome, pure, etc.  I ask Jesus, “Are you activating gifts for [Flame]?”  He answers, “Yes” and I understand.  He continues with more, like: justified, powerful, mighty, enlightening, genuine, etc., but these aren’t the only words she is hearing.

Flame also receives some questionable words.  He gives her “Terrified,” “Surrender,” “Solitude,” and “Temptation.” Temptation, He tells me, is both a demon and a curse and enters through manipulation.  Jesus gives me the name of another demon named “Power.”  Power’s function is control, I can’t break him and ask Jesus, “What’s the way around this?”  He answers, “Time.”  We move on. 

I ask The Holy Spirit and He shows Flame a vision.  She sees a lake with a white swan, an open field with a blue sky and opens a memory.  We don’t get far with these this evening, but I know Jesus will take us back there again to complete whatever it is He’s doing with her.  I’m excited about this! 

I ask the Holy Spirit about the cancer.  Flame tells me it’s Myxoid liposarcoma.  I don’t speak that language, but I ask Jesus “Will you take the cancer away tonight?”  I get no answer and ask, “What do I do?” and Flame hears “[Tell it to] Leave.”  I begin to curse the cells affected by cancer, telling them to die and I simple tell them to leave.  Flame tells me, “I feel tingly.  I want to cry.”  I coach her to and she says “Thank you for saving me,” “Thank you for healing me,” “I receive all these things in Jesus’ Name,” and “Jesus show me how to be a good daughter.”  Jesus begins reassuring her, “You are strong, even when you’re doubtful.”  She tells me, “I feel, like, inner peace” and Jesus tells her “You are enough.” 

We’re not done.  We will get retested for cancer, have demonic issues to work through, I need to take her back to that open field, He will heal her life’s wounds and equip her for the future.  I love Jesus!  I love this job.

The last time were together, Chromium Flame has to leave quickly.  Tonight I want to see if she feels any change since our last meeting.  She tells me, “I felt as if something lifted off my shoulders.”  She also shares with me how she goes to church this past Sunday, is nervous going in, but is greeted and feels welcome and feels as if the preacher is speaking directly to her.  Tonight we get started late and don’t get much work done.  However, any steps forward are good steps.  Her Aunt sits in the room with her for support and prayer, we worship to a song of her choice and I ask the Holy Spirit to be present with us and guide this meeting.  Tonight we break the one hiding behind Temptation, Solitude comes up, and I go after the Spirit of Power. 

I begin by asking The Holy Spirit, “Is there anything we need to know before we start?” to which, we hear nothing.  I go down the list He’s given us the last time and “Temptation” is the next on the list.  She’s not hearing anything tonight, like last time, but I don’t give up.  Temptation is not responding.  I set the house on fire and ask, “[Are] you in there?”  She hears, “No!”  We got him!  “When did you come in?” I insist.  He replies, “Eleven years ago.”  I investigate, “What was she doing?”  She tells me she was hanging out with the wrong crowd and I feel she’s being reserved with the information.  I drag her spirit into the Throne Room of God and ask the Mighty Judge, “Can you tell us, what are the charges against [Flame]?”  Flame responds, “I was looking for love in all the wrong places.”  It reminds me of an old country song, she knows nothing about that, and I show my age.  I don’t even like country music!  We move on. 

While looking for love in all the wrong places, Flame finds it but the end result isn’t the desired one.  In God’s Kingdom, He wants to be our first love and Flame falls under the Curse of False Love.  We break the curse, but Temptation’s still there.  She’s feeling nervous.  I ask about what.  She responds, I’m scared for both mine and my kids’ lives.”  This is demonic. I tell her to renounce fear and I command this demon to go.  I call in for him and he’s still there.  I ask the Holy Spirit, “Is his case legitimate [that he can stay]?”  The Holy Spirit answers, “No.”  I tell Flame, “Divorce this demon.”  She does, she feels a tingly sensation, I ask the Holy Spirit and He tells me, “Gone.” 

The next function on the list is “Solitude.”  I ask how Solitude gets in and he replies, “Power.”  Power is the one Jesus tells me we need “time” to be able to work against during our last meeting, so I leave Solitude alone entirely and go straight after Power today.  I don’t like him already.  Power is both the man [human] Flame has a relationship with and the spirit hiding behind the name of this man.  The spirit “Power” enters through [Human] Power’s control. 

Power and Flame have two children together.  “He’s mean to people and our children” she explains.  I ask the Holy Spirit, “Can you tell [Flame] what she must do?”  He replies immediately, “Be brave and stand your ground.”  I ask, “Can You help us remove this spirit today?” and He answers, “Yes.”  I tell Flame to pile all the things [human] Power ever did to you on the floor (spiritually) and we’re giving it to Jesus.  She does, I set [Spirit] Power on fire and Jesus reveals to her, “I despise him and I can feel it.”  She hates [human] Power and hate is murder.  She repents for murder in the spirit, we give all the crap that’s been loaded on her shoulders to Jesus and I break the Curse of the Mean Boyfriend.  Still there.  Jesus tells me Flame’s forgiveness is sufficient, I cut his leg off and Flame renounces the Curse of Power’s Control.  Flame feels his anger, I tell her to divorce the spirit, Power.  She does and I plunder his stolen goods, hand them at the feet of Jesus and ask the Holy Spirit to rebuild Flame with what’s stolen from her.

We got started late and I had to cut the meeting short.  Power’s still there…until next time when I break him in Jesus’ name!  I should have asked Jesus if it was “Time” to go after Power, but I didn’t.  I will be better prepared next time.  Also, she says she still feels the place where cancer lives inside her.  We need to address this next time as well.  I text her Aunt to place her hand on that place and command it to “Leave” as Jesus instructs me last time…just in case.  We’ll see next time.  Thank you, Jesus!
