When I lived in Baltimore, I met CWB, who quickly became my favorite Christian.  When I first met CWB she told me “I don’t know if I can be saved because of what I’ve done.”  She later admitted that she had been a captain in the inner city gang Dead Man Incorporated.  On the streets of B-more she was known as “Crazy White B!@ch.”  She was a drug trafficker and murderer among other things.  Read her full story here.  CBW was addicted to heroin and became dope sick.  I used to attend NA meetings with her on East Baltimore Street in the Baltimore Highlands.  I confirmed her salvation and watched her transformation as a true believer in Christ, unaffected by the social norms of modern Christianity.  She was raw and innocent in her belief; truly as one of the children Jesus spoke of in scripture.

CWB has two children and lived in an apartment with her boyfriend at the time.  One day I got a phone call from CWB.  She described to me erratic behavior and how she believed her youngest daughter to be possessed.  I told her I could come and pray for her daughter with her consent.  She totally agreed and I went over that evening.  I placed my hand on the daughter’s head and began to pray for her.  She rolled over on her back, became rigid, and began shrieking.  It was a little frightening to be honest and I felt horrible for her.  I looked up at CWB and she gave me a stern nod to continue, so I did.  I kept praying against the demon, the daughter finally stopped shrieking, her body relaxed, I took my hand off her head and she got up and ran to her room.  I didn’t really know if the daughter got free that night or not, but in a week or two CWB confirmed change to me and was excited about the change. 

This story took place in 2012.  CWB and I have kept in touch even after I moved away from Baltimore.  On 2020.02.21 I was thinking about CWB, sent her a message on Facebook and she called me immediately.  The day of her daughter’s deliverance came up in the conversation and she told me “Troy, something happened that night.  She is doing great.  And something happened to me too!”  Reader, I don’t care what your social status is or how lost you think you are.  Jesus is willing to save you and set you free from the beings who hate and torment you.  Jesus will heal anyone, if they are willing to repent and ask to be set free.  He’s so awesome!!!
