  • The God of Geometries and Illogical Structures

Belphegor is described as a fallen angel presiding over the sin of sloth. He is a lieutenant from Hell who’s in counterpart to one of the ten who oversee the “Three of Life.” The Christian Bible presents two trees in the garden of Eden account. The Tree of Life and The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. I believe the tree this character oversees is the latter of these two, as is in Hell and there is no true life, or Tree of Life to speak of.

Sloth is the habitual reluctance to make an effort, or work. Belphegor seduces people by suggesting ingenious ideas for means to prosperity. Accepting these suggestions are supposed to make them rich, but instead leave them greedy and selfish. He is a phallic deity associated with sex, orgies, and all forms of debauchery. He is the alien god of geometries and illogical structures. These structures are supposed to serve as perpetual motion machines. I will present the idea that these structures/perpetual motion machines could be the Ziggurat’s (Tower of Babel, ) of yesterday and ancient pyramids as they are referred to today which are located all over the earth. Is this Belphegor the god of Freemasonry at it’s highest levels, with it’s adepts?

In the Bible this ancient being is the patron god of Moab, “Ba’al Peor” along the Eastern side of the Dead Sea, now the Jordan.
