- The Spirit of the Crossroads
The Knights Templars teach the lower-level initiates that they worship Baphomet as an allegory; when in reality, at its highest levels, the real god of the Templar adepts is Baphomet. Its not until one reaches the deeper teachings of their religion – the highest levels – that the initiate learns who the Templar god really is. Male Druids receive the spirit of Pan (as a Christian receives the Holy Spirit), which is the same spirit of Baphomet.
The Baphomet is a conglomeration of the Mithra Cult’s Leontocephaline symbol and the goddess Cybele, replacing the lion’s head with a similar reference to the Nachash, the serpent of the Garden. Known as the Spirit of the Crossroads, is this figure the one musicians and movie stars sell themselves to for fame…at the crossroads? Hollywood worships the Baphomet!
The pentagram on Baphomet’s head is extensively used in Black Magic. Baphomet is depicted in most images as an androgynous half man (shaft between his legs, circled by serpents) and half woman (breasts)). He is both human and beast – a goat; remember, Jesus will separate the sheep from the goats. His wings display his fallen angelic status as he is also half man and half angel (divine) as he intends his future Antichrist to be. He is depicted as having two horns with a torch between them. The torch represents the Spark of the Divine. Lost, fallen beings, created by God have no spark of the divine, or image of God any longer; although they search for it, in us. Watching The Jungle Book with my children, I find an ironic connection between these beings and the allegory of King Louie of The Jungle Book. He desires “Man’s Red Fire”
Baphomet is a perverted mixture of confusing amalgamations and blasphemous twists of God’s perfect creation separating kinds and sexes from the creation accounts in Genesis 1-3.
